RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Custom, Personalized & Digital Orders

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

  • If you have questions about sizing, fabric, or fit, please reach out before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us at info@createdbyla.shop within 3 business days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Sale Items

  • All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

All custom designs are made to order (4-week production time + 2 weeks shipping).

  1. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier and destination.

  2. Created By LA LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once an order has been shipped.

Additional Policies

    • Prices quoted via in person, text, or phone are subject to change once the garment is seen in person.

    • Rush fees may apply for last-minute alterations, at the discretion of Created By LA LLC.

  • Process & Timelines

    • Custom projects are completed within 4 weeks from the date of deposit.

    • If your item is being shipped, please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery, depending on carrier and location.

    • Your design will not be available for pick-up or shipment until the balance is paid in full.

    Payments

    • $100 or less: payment due in full at time of order.

    • $101 or more: 50% deposit required at booking; remaining balance due before pickup or shipping.

    • Invoices are sent via email.

    • Cash payments must be exact — no change available.

    • Tips are always appreciated via Cash App: $CREATEDBYLA

    Fees & Add-Ons

    • Design Sketch Fee: $25 (if a sketch is required).

    • Design Change Fee:

      • $50 if project is less than 50% complete

      • $100 if project is more than 50% complete
        (Project completion is determined by Created By LA LLC.)

    • Fittings: Two fittings are included per project. Additional fittings are $50 each.

    • Cancellations: 24-hour notice required. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment incur a $25 fee.

  • Process & Delivery

    • Digital projects are completed within 1 week of deposit.

    • Includes up to 3 revisions.

    • Final digital files will be delivered via email.

    Important Notes

    • CBL Consulting is not responsible for any mistakes or errors found after the item has been approved by the client.

    • Clients are responsible for printing and proper use of all digital files.

    • Additional revisions or edits beyond the included three will incur an additional fee.

    • All customized and personalized products are final sale.

    • Created By LA LLC is not responsible for any errors or mistakes found after the client’s approval.

    • Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

    • Wholesale opportunities are available for select products.

    • Discounts, minimums, and processing times will be discussed at the time of inquiry.

    • Wholesale orders follow the same payment, production, and return policies outlined here.
