Everything is made to size so we have a NO REFUND POLICY

If you need help picking the correct size, you should contact us before purchasing.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

If you would like to return any item that you purchased please email us at info@createdbyla.shop. Due to COVID we will not ask you to send back your order, we will work together to make sure your issue is rectified.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges. If you are unsure about your size, please refer to our sizing chart or contact us before ordering to ensure you receive the right size item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING POLICY

ALL orders made on the website are made when ordered. Therefore, it takes 1-3 weeks to make, then allow an additional 2 weeks for shipping. Product shipping time is solely based on the shipping carrier and location.
